Johan Polhem
Johan is an applied AI and product leader with more than 15 years experience across creative technology, digital production, operations and enterprise systems. His approach is hands on: understand how an organisation works, identify where AI can create leverage, then build and implement the systems to make it happen.
Johan focuses on practical implementation, working within existing enterprise infrastructure to redesign workflows, connect AI to business systems and remove repetitive work and operational bottlenecks. His experience spans enterprise AI, Generative AI, Spatial Computing, digital products and large scale production systems. He has built enterprise platforms, deployed AI production workflows and developed tools that make fragmented organisational knowledge easier to access and use.
Jean Madden
Jean brings over 16 years of executive experience scaling global FMCG leaders and high growth startups. Most recently, she managed a $130M budget and led a brand's expansion into nine countries as Chief Operating Officer. Grounded in corporate bureaucracy, she understands that enterprise AI adoption is as much an organisational behaviour challenge as a technology one.
At MK8, Jean leads the Operational Muscle phase. She installs the guardrails and provides hands on guidance to help staff adopt new ways of working. Drawing on her experience restructuring enterprise operations to double financial runways, she ensures every AI integration delivers permanent operational capability and verifiable, board level ROI.
Mattis Kopstad
Mattis brings over two decades of technical authority to MK8, serving as the architectural backbone of our technology practice. Engineering complex systems since 2002, he possesses an intimate, bare metal understanding of how enterprise data infrastructures operate. After beginning his career as a developer and analyst in Norway, he led data analytics for a Jakarta consultancy, engineering tracking platforms adopted by major retailers across Southeast Asia. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer for an AI first performance agency, governing their measurement, analytics, and self hosted automation infrastructure.
At MK8, Mattis transforms emerging AI capabilities into hardened enterprise systems. He doesn't just connect APIs; he engineers the proprietary, self hosted environments that our clients rely on.
